    I purchased a CGC Slab off ebay and the shipper used slab shippers to ship the book. It was not a good experience. These only support the book around the edges and offer no support in the middle where it is needed most, in my opinion. Any package that gets placed on top will most likely push weight on the middle of the box and incidentally on the center of the slab. All of that is to say that my slab showed up very cracked and I had to send it to get re-holdered (the book inside was thankfully safe still). I have ordered probably 9 or 10 slabs so far on ebay, and all but that one using standard bubble wrap and they arrived safe and sound. The only one that didn't make it safe was the one shipped using those slab shippers.
