With my vacation starting shortly, I have a long box or two of Silver and Bronze, mostly Marvel, to list here over the next few days. I am just scanning some books now to post tonight. Things will kick off in a bit starting with the A titles........

Likely, but the cost of living and doing business there would make it less attractive. Winterpeg may be the best option if you are looking to locate centrally, but from a numbers perspective Alberta would be the best choice - lower cost of living and no PST.

CGC should consider setting up another operation in Canada. With the exchange rate difference it could mean another 30% profit. Here in Alberta there are a bunch of collectors I know that are unemployed/underemployed that would form a pool of potential graders. They could likely get government grants for re-skilling/re-training and then hiring staff from other sectors (e.g. oilpatch here) as well.

Things really are effed up now if you have to wait for pick up like the rest of us.

I have 25 Modern submission from 8/3/21 stuck in GEI for three weeks and Greggy gets his books shipped from 8/12/21.........

I feel your pain, I had a signature series book stuck in GEI for over 2 months that finally shipped this month. Longest I had ever waited before this book was a couple of weeks. Ugh. I have no idea why it is taking so long. This is a new record delay for any of my submissions in GEI.

I have had a 25 group of Moderns stuck in G/E/I for almost 3 weeks now that were received 8/3/21. Here's hoping they start moving soon seeing as submissions from later in August are being shipped.

They are much more noticeable on the back in the black border. Similar issues on the front in some of the white cover areas.

And here it is. Too bad the slab has some scuffs......

There are two stores here that carry shelf copies in addition to file orders. Valiant has done well here through all of their iterations so it made sense that Bad Idea did as well. FWIW, I have their books on my pull list just in case. I might have to actually read one now to see what Odinn's Eye is about.

Eternals is the same. The critics who were hoping for an Academy Award contender had the wrong expectations heading in.......
