With Ai now clearly responsible for watering down the Art world, specifically with Batman and Wonder Woman, Shazam and I believe PowerGirl, what's next?

One of the most confounding results is that Ai generated art can not be copyrighted.©

SO take those images, make yourself a bunch of prints and selling them on eBay will apparently be allowed. Values of these books, or I should say, any comic book created by Ai should be de-valued and or destroyed. Just my opinion. And how can we be certain that the art is Ai generated? Well, from Ai. Apparently knows it's work.

    Thoughts?

    (all just mho)
Artificial intelligence is probably the coolest thing that people have created in the last decades. Just look at the speed at which it is being introduced into our lives. So the question of the value of comics will soon no longer arise. My son already uses ai essay writer, found ai program that writes essays for me. Also now there are a bunch of different applications that implement AI. I’m telling you that soon our whole life will be one continuous AI.

Soon absolutely everything will be created and created with the help of artificial intelligence. Don't get too angry about it.

Curious if a 1/4" dust shadow on the back of a 1970s-1980s book is going to be a big hit to the grade? Down the side or across the top/bottom (top in the attached photo). Experiences with this?

Dust shadows located at the top or bottom of the cover can be more noticeable and affect the first impression of the book.

Have any of you guys ever had CGC lose your books?  I sent in a comic (Avengers #1, 2015) for a recent Chris Hemsworth signing.  The book was previously signed by Samuel L Jackson and graded at 9.8.  I sent the slabbed book in with a declared value of $400, as this was the value of the book in its current condition.  A few months after the signing, CGC eventually emailed me and said they lost my book and offered me a $400 store credit.  I told them the book had since been signed for this send-in service and was now worth closer to $750 due to the cost of the current signing which it now received.  CGC said they didn’t care about what I spent on the signing and would only reimburse me for the previous value of the book.  When I asked for a manager and inquired about another book I fear they also lost, they stopped responding.  Have any of you guys had CGC lose your items?  Also, when you send in your books for a signing, do you typically declare the actual value of the book in its current state or declare the future value the book will hold after the signing is completed?  I feel like the “guarantee” portion of Certified Guarantee Company is missing here and my premium membership isn’t feeling very premium right now.

This is a really unfortunate situation you are facing with CGC. Losing an expensive and valuable book can cause serious anxiety and dissatisfaction. Your frustration in this situation is understandable. I’m just writing about lost valuable things, I found cause and effect essays, I use https://studymoose.com/essay-types/cause-and-effect-essays for this. I'll add this to my work anyway. Good real example. I hope your problem will be resolved with minimal losses.

You might want to reach out to other collectors or communities to see if anyone has had similar problems with CGC and how they were resolved.

I would forget about GA in that area, and enjoy your hiking vacation. World class hiking and scenic pics to be taken also in Yoho National Park (in shape: do Lake Oesa else simpler Lake O'Hara, Emerald Lake circuit) but that is on the BC side of the AB border. Even the simple warm up hikes like Parker Ridge on your way north to Jasper from Banff are satisfying. Recommended hikes:

    Lake Louise and Moraine Lake:

Plain of 6 Glaciers, Larch Valley. If u are in good shape: Big Beehive else small Beehive circuit hike to lunch at the tea shop. If u have most of the day: Sentinel Pass and Larch Valley.

    Banff area:

Edith Pass circuit. Easy hikes: Sunshine Meadows, Johnston Canyon to the Inkpots. Warm up: 3 Jacks.

Icefields Parkway (where u get lunch/food):

Simple: Helen Lake. More time needed: Wilcox Pass to Peak Ridge.

    Jasper:

Evening: take the tram up to the Whistlers for sunset pics.

Cavell Meadows, Sulphur Skyline trail for interesting rock tower formations.

Easy morning warm up hike: picturesque Medicine Lake.

I'm glad to know myself. As far as walking in this picturesque region goes, your suggested routes sound exciting. From hikes in Yoho National Park to trails around Lake Louise and Moraine Lakes, you've picked out some amazing spots. The recommendations for hikes in the Banff and Jasper area are also great, especially Sulfur Skyline and beautiful Medicine Lake. I know these places very well. I didn't read much before and used essay writing help, found https://ca.edubirdie.com/essay-writing-help for this. Then I started reading comics little by little. Later he switched to science fiction and detective books. Now I consistently read one book every two weeks.

I just got my first video game submission back and they are saying my game is a counterfeit.

I know most of the ones I've seen have the Security Strip in the corner but some don't. Anyone have any guesses if this is legit or not?

    Thanks!!

To avoid fakes, buy from trusted game locations. I tell everyone this. I recently read about pragmaticplay gaming, found pragmatic play no deposit bonus and liked it. We need to somehow move on. Standing still is definitely not necessary for development.

I was looking at a book at Heroes Con today. Dealer has it graded as a 7.5, but the cover looks like it has mold along the upper right edge. I did not inspect the interior or peer thru the pages.
I may go back and make an offer on it tomorrow… just not sure how much to downgrade it with the mold/stain showing.

It doesn’t look like a dust shadow. And I definitely saw spots along the page edges.

I think I’ve seen a CGC 5.0 for a book with mold on the cover, but not a grade higher.

This may be considered a serious defect that affects the collectibility and commercial value of the book. The valuation may also depend on the rarity of the book and its demand in the market. I once used assignment writing services where they explained this to me, I found  https://assignmentbro.com/ca/assignment-writing-services for this. You may want to contact a qualified rare book appraiser or antiquarian book dealer. Listen to the answer from many before you sell.

A book with mildew or blemishes on the cover will generally receive a low maximum score. The appearance of mold on a book cover can greatly deteriorate its condition and appearance.

I ordered the book in October of 2020 and the book didn’t come out till January of 2021 and I’m still waiting. I know Ryan Stegman and Donny Cates have done at least two signings last year

I understand your frustration in anticipation of the CC presale book. Wait times may vary depending on many factors including publishing, production and delivery processes. I also ordered books on dystopia and waited a long time for them. When you order a book in presale, there are sometimes delays due to unexpected circumstances such as editing, printing, or logistics. Perhaps in this case, some unexpected events occurred that led to a delay in the release of the book. It is recommended that you contact the publisher or place where you placed your order for reasons for the delay and for information on an estimated delivery date.

    Hello,

I am about to submit a book to CGC to be signed for the first time ever. I emailed CGC about this, and they never replied. I have also received conflicting responses when I asked about it on a CGC Facebook group.

The book that I am submitting is already in a slab. Do I still need to include the window wrap with the book? I have one but would rather save it than send it to be wasted if it is not needed.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Best,

    Beau

If you've already emailed the CGC and haven't received a response, it's a good idea to retry your request or try another contact method such as phone or live chat on their website. When you receive conflicting responses in the CGC Facebook group, it may be helpful to contact the CGC official directly or search their official website or forum for information. I also went through this process when I submitted personal narrative essays for signing, using https://edubirdie.com/examples/personal-narrative-essays/ for this. Regarding window film, it is recommended that you check this directly with CGC, providing details of your situation and book, in order to get an accurate answer and avoid unnecessary costs or wastage of material.

Is that not the case everywhere?

Go to a go-kart track, they make you sign a liability waiver

Go to a trampoline park, they make you sign a liability waiver

Go to a haunted house, they make you sign a liability waiver

They all make you sign waivers, yet they are all packed with customers day in day out.  Same with CGC, tens of thousands of books waiting to be graded.  People ain't gonna stop using CGC as generally they get a good product back.  If 1 person stops using CGC because they messed up their book, they won't even notice.
Oh, what a pity you had the same problem with your collectible comic book. I also found myself in a similar situation when I asked a friend to sign my favorite book. But unfortunately he messed it up a bit and I was very upset. I understand how hard it is for you now, because such books are important for all of us. I recently read about romeo and juliet, found a free essay on romeo and juliet for this. I decided after that to get myself an old copy of the book. But I can’t find it, or I find it but the price is too high. I don't have a very large collection. Mostly I have comics. I want to add something else to it.

    With this I agree

Many will say that my dream is a house and a beautiful lawn next to my garage and car. It's different for me. I don't think big, I recently read about the american dream, found https://studydriver.com/american-dream/ for that. So you only have to think about today and tomorrow. Here I am dreaming about these comics and I know that my dream will definitely come true.

I recently watched episode 7 of the series, I'm delighted!

This book was shipped form FL to CA.
Packed well, double boxed. The case is not cracked.
Can the book shift inside the case and get damaged?
Here are the before and after pics.

I've seen a lot and I can tell you that it happens very often. Maybe the book is damaged inside, or maybe the case itself. I recently ordered myself a book "and the earth did not devour him", it arrived completely wrinkled, then I used https://freebooksummary.com/category/and-the-earth-did-not-devour-him for it. Since I didn't have time to wait for it to be replaced. So I think this won't be your last case, although I don't wish it for you at all. You just have to ask for better packaging.

I had exactly the same thing!

Watched and bought it. I liked it overall I know the parasite infected Hal but to say he always wanted to evil was kinda dumb. Like it still but could have done with out that
I would like to see it soon. So far, there is not enough time for this. I often write and read movie reviews, I use https://studymoose.com/free-essays/movie-review for this. I would like to do it even more often, I will try to correct the situation in college so that I have enough time. By the way, I read both positive and negative reviews.

    I haven't watched yet

Good link, thanks for posting that.

I will say, Todd is saying all the right things, and if he stays true to his words here, I think his approach is sound as well.

Best of luck to him, I hope this turns out to be a sensational project. My inner child would be very happy.

    Yes, thank you very much
