Haha, yes it's been a long road with the cataloging. Next up, I get to go through many of them again as I finish my migration to mylar. I switched over in 2009ish so I'm at least 40% there... Thanks for the feedback and the CSV link, that will be critical since I certainly don't want to go through all this again. I'll probably start with a trial account to get used to the interface etc... Good to know about GoCollect, I'll probably hold off on a paid account since I can easily access the FMV for issues. I've seen some posts here that the FMV is a bit inflated, did you (or others) find that as well?

Still kicking myself for not pulling the trigger on a super reasonably priced FF 94 about a year ago. Where do we see this settling? To me, now is not the time to buy, super stupid on eBay right now. I've resigned myself for overpaying for this at some point, not because it's the hot thing but I've been working on a FF run. I figure this will peak out and then dip some , hopefully not too high. I don't even think she's the big bad from the show and anticipate some larger reveal in the final two episodes. I am enjoying the show and loving all the little easter eggs they are throwing in.

I committed to Comic Book Price guide years ago and have finally finished logging my collection. Graded each book as I recorded them so it took a long time (11K+ books ). I've heard good things about Collectorz but wondering if they have a Excel import option. What other options are out there? I'm still old school and have my needs list hand written into a notebook. maybe I can break out my old Comic Collector software from the 90's... As far as price guides go, I look at Comic Book Price guide as a slightly more updated version of overstreet. Updated more frequently during the year but still not always reflective of current trends and prices. GoCollect and CovrPrice have been my go to recently but I haven't committed to a subscription to either. I used GPA years ago but have only recently started to make purchases that warrant a bit of research (6 years with no back issues purchases due to kid, college, and priorities lol, it was hell). Anything I'm missing and thoughts on any of the previously mentioned services?

I committed to mylars back in 2009ish for everything but still have a lot to go back and re-bag. I posted this in a recent thread, some really great info there... Recommended reading, fantastic thread. While the images don't display, clicking on the links will show the image. For me, I use the standard Mylar and half backs for everything including moderns with the exception of more expensive silver which get a silver/gold 775 with a full back. Golden age is a completely different ball game though...

I wouldn't overpay for a second or third print but would have no problem buying one to complete the run.

I'm in the early FF group with a low grade ASM #1 being a great choice too. I missed the boat on the UF4 (which is strange since I'm obsessed with Spider-Man titles) but I see some long term life with that character for sure. I think characters like Punchline, Knull etc... are a bit more flash in the pan and water always finds it level.
