Take these three per PM. Thanks!

  2. Sensational She-Hulk 40. Yes, that one. But this is a newsstand edition in CGC 9.8 shape. Fresh back from Florida. GPA shows 16 sales this year with a $583 90 day average and $699 most recent sale. GPA isn't keeping track of what was direct vs. newsstand (not sure when they start doing that). Eyeballing eBay, I only see direct editions sold since Feb of this year. Asking $650. SOLD!

  3. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles full color one shot error edition. Quite the mouthful. Notes on the comic are below. GPA 90 day average is $454. Asking $410. Now $375. SOLD via PM

This comic was produced as a one-off special in 2009 for the 25th anniversary of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1, costing $3.25. The original TMNT #1 (1984) was produced in black and white by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, however, this edition was colored by long time Mirage colorist Steve Lavigne (the cover by Peter Laird is also colored by Lavigne).

Unfortunately, the initial print of the comic was apparently subject to a destroy notice on the day of release and a second print run sent almost immediately. The first, obvious, problem with the initial print is that the inner cover page, including the credits and forward, were printed in a bold font making them difficult to read. Another problem was with a grey hatch pattern seen in the interior page margins of some of the comics.
Although the initial erroneous print run was thought to be around 1,000 copies, it is not known how many comic shops actually obeyed the destroy notice. In fact it is unlikely that many did, hence there are expected to be well over 700 of these issues at large.

  4. Several books available - all CGC'd.

Shipping: Shipping is $16 in the US for USPS Priority shipping for one to two comics. Three or more will be $25. I am happy to ship anywhere outside of the US at exact cost via USPS.

Payment: Preferred method is Zelle, Venmo or PayPal in that order. Payment due within 5 business days or I reserve the right to cancel.

References: I have sold a couple of CGC'd books over the last couple of months and those went pretty well but I haven't sold on the boards before that for many years. That said, I've certainly bought plenty over the last two years. I may have a kudos thread buried somewhere but haven't ever looked for/at it. I've sold on eBay as well but it's also been years since I've sold anything there but, for what it's worth, zero negative feedback there (susanville43).

Returns:  No returns on CGC books - happy to provide you with any picture you'd like.

Take: I am willing to entertain offers but the first :takeit: in the thread always wins. If we come to agreement in a PM, the take needs to be posted in the thread to complete the transaction - if nobody enters a take at my asking price before you post your take, it's yours. No Hall of Shamers or Probies.
