    I tried collecting quality wine but it's a total failure as I always end up drinking it.. No investment there like comics, it's hard trying to resell an empty bottle while you can resell a comic even if you did read it.

    That is weird indeed. I had an eye on this book as well but totally forgot about it. I would have bid that $950 after missing the 7.0 on last auction

    I once had a GL #76 CGC 8.5 which I sold about $1,200 a decade ago to help finance the purchase of another book so very happy to have this issue back in my collection at a fair price. Moreover, this one was graded in 2005 so very probably is unpressed (I hate wet shrink pancakes)
