    Showcase #27 CGC VF- 7.5 OW pages : $650 Origin and 1st appearance Sea Devils To the best of my knowledge, this book was not pressed (ant it looks quite "improveable")

    Showcase #24 CGC 7.0: $700 I don't know if this book was pressed or not, but my guess is that it was as it is too perfectly flat for a 7.0. Beautiful copy for its assigned grade. Main defects I see are some color fading on spine near upper staple, light foxing around lower left corner of front cover and two small tears on right edge near the monster's body.

    Green Lantern #13 CGC VF/NM 9.0: $500 SOLD Very solid copy that looks better from the front cover but a tiny tear on middle left edge of back cover seems to explain the final grade. Scan of the book when it was raw is also included at the end. Book was NOT pressed (I did submit it myself).

    Amazing Adult Fantasy #13 VF/VF+ : $1,400 Very nice copy of such an iconic classic cover, tough issue to find in high grade and this one has "potential" due to stress lines on bc. Not in a hurry to sell at all and priced accordingly

    Amazing Adult Fantasy #10 Fine+ to F/VF: $300 This was a former CGC 6.0 very tightly graded but it does look more like a 6.5/7.0. Obviously not pressed and most of the flaws do not break colors.
