    Atom #1 Fine+ to F/VF: $260 Very solid and attractive copy for the given grade. Light creasing on lower right corner is the main defect. Inside pages are light cream to off-white.

Really thought this one would be an easy 9.4 as it looks better than many 9.4's copies that I have seen or that you can currently find available for sale on eBay. My loss, your gain on this gorgeous book. Crack it and put it in a Mylar. I did include a scan of the book before being slabbed
