  1. Green Lantern #89 VF- : $50 Neal Adams cover/art. Looks NM-/NM from front cover but back cover has two faint creases that do not break colors.
  2. Green Lantern #13 CGC VF/NM 9.0: $600 Solid copy that looks better from the front cover but a tiny tear on middle left edge of back cover explains the final grade. Book was NOT pressed (I did submit it myself).
  3. Strange Adventures #206 VF/NM: $325 Neal Adams art begins Look NM-/NM but there is a very faint crease on lower right corner that barely break colors. Still a magnificent copy with a killer spine. Such a hard book to find in high grade. Much harder than #205 (look at the census). Not cheap here I confess but this book looks so great in hands I almost want to keep it (and I am not a DC guy). Try finding a better copy..
  4. Strange Adventures #125 VF : $100 Looks much better but has small stain on upper left corner of front cover above the DC logo.
  5. Atom #1 Fine+ to F/VF: $300 Very solid and attractive copy for the given grade. Light creasing on lower right corner is the main defect. Inside pages are light cream to off-white.
  6. Mystery in Space #50 CGC VF+ 8.5: $600 Highest CGC graded copy. Not many high grade copies in the census (only 5 copies above 6.5 in the census) Book was NOT pressed (I did submit it myself). I thought this could have graded a 9.0 grade despite a non-breaking curve on right edge.It would have been a shame though to press transform artificially into a Frankenstein book such a piece of history.
  7. Title gives you an idea of what is coming up for sale, a little bit of everything: GA/SA/BA but NO Marvel. Yeah, I know, Marvel is king in the CGC Forum and there is almost no love for other publishers. Here are terms: People on the probation list, or that I may have on ignore, are not eligible to purchase. Raw books: All my raw books are unrestored and not pressed unless noted. All my raw books are accurately graded and your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back (except shipping costs) as long as book is returned in same condition as sent within 7 days of receipt. The first in this thread or via PM wins the book based on time stamp. Time payments are possible but must be discussed before you make the purchase. Shipping cost depends of how many books you take, where you live and how you want this to be shipped: 1) 1-3 CGC books with $100 insurance and tracking number to the USA with strong packaging is estimated around $28.00. 2) 1-10 raw books (regular size) with $100 insurance and tracking number to the USA with strong packaging is estimated around $25.00 3) If you want cheaper shipping cost, I can ship 1-3 raw books to the USA in an envelop with Mylar and sandwiched between thick cardboards for $10.00 ($5.00 to Canada). However, there is no insurance nor tracking number and I cannot use a box with this option. If the package gets lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do and I do not recommend this option for more expensive books. 95% of the time there is no problem, but there is a 5% that sometimes get damaged because the postal man is too dumb or other reasons. This option is therefore at your own risk. I do accept PayPal or international money orders.
  8. What are the defects on the SA #205? Looks better than a 6.5 at first glance
  9. Last but not least: Strange Tales #114 VF- : $300 1st appearance of Captain America since the GA (acrobat disguised as Cap) Tough one to grade. Book looks like a solid VF/VF+ but there is some minor "waving" on the upper left area of front cover. It's not stains, nor humidity and probably would be easily pressed out but it's there and need to be mentioned. Still a very nice copy.
  10. Marvel Two-in-One #1 VF+ : $45 Looks much better from front cover but small tear on back cover
  11. Marvel Two-in-One #6 VF : $10 Dr. Strange app. Two minor stacking bends on cover that do not break colors prevent this book from being NM+ 9.6; an easy press I guess, if you are into that...
  12. Marvel Two-in-One #13 VF/NM : $5 Luke Cage app. Looks NM 9.4 but has small ding on lower left corner that does not break colors.
  13. Fantastic Four #42 de-slabbed CGC 8.5: $100 I bought this book CGC graded but did crack it to put in my collection. I still have the label though and it will be included with the book. There is a scan below of the book when it was still slabbed. The book was not pressed. In all honesty and full disclosure, I think CGC was a little generous on grade on this one, it looks rather a VF-/VF as there is a long crease on lower right corner but it does not break colors though.
  14. Fantastic Four #63 VF/VF+ : $50 Book looks NM- from the front cover but back cover has a faint crease that does not break colors.
  15. Fantastic Four #83 VF+ : $45 Inhumans cover and story. Book would be NM-/NM if not for small crease on upper right corner
  16. Fantastic Four #150 NM- : $50 Wedding of Quicksilver and Crystal and appearances of the Inhumans and Ultron as well as an Avengers x-over and a story continued from Avengers #127. Book would be NM/NM+ but there is a very light and faint stacking curve on right edge that does not break colors.
