  1. Hello. I just sent an email across but wanted to post here as well. I recently submitted several cards to be graded. (I can supply order/submission number if that would help) Below are three issues I would like some assistance with: https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1401013075001/ This card received no grade and has no scans. Why? While this card is a bit scuffed up, it is a genuine one, and I paid to have it graded. Why is the grade and scan empty, and why does it also say Grade 0? https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1401013075003/ This card received a grade AA. Why was this done? This card is completely unaltered in every single way. I have extensively checked other listings and CGC-graded Sliver Queens for comparison for signs that this may be altered and cannot find anything substantial or obvious. This was sent by the individual who opened this in the original pack and he does not believe anything was ever done to alter it. https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1401013075002/ This card was entered as the incorrect name. While this was an error on the packing slip itself, it is baffling to me that no quality control was put in place to check and confirm even if the name of the card was correct - particularly given the 8-step process outlined here: https://www.cgccards.com/card-grading/grading-process/ I am looking forward to your response and resolution to these issues.
