  2. The front cover and back page are detached. Should the detached cover/back be repaired (re-attached)? I think it would be considered an alteration (purple?) for CGC? Please grade let me know if a clean and press can and should be done as well as any repair advice or if its best to leave as is. Thanks!

  16. Very nice results! How much did you local cleaner charge you to press and clean? a % of FMV based on the 3.0 pre cleaning/pressing grade? Then you shipped yourself to CGC via walkthrough? and they charge 3% of FMV but how is the FMV determined? For example here you got a 4.0, does CGC charge you FMV of 4.0 based on price guide or do you estimate the price and they see if reasonable?
