you don't see many of these and i love that jack kirby cover. i love the yellow background and red logo,
i think the colorist was somewhat limited in his imagination on the rest!
does anybody know who the inker was? definitely not kirby. i think this cover was designed and inked as if it was going to be a early Fox book. Inking has the look of the lou fine school perhaps.

Killer books Jamie. All Winner's is one of my favorite titles too.
Thanks for the compliments. say is it alot of work to do registry sets?
I guess it depends on your definition of "a lot of work".
First time I did it, it took some time to figure it out. Once you do the first 2 or 3 you'll get it down pretty easily.
then i need to figure out how to have cool books on my page like you do!!

I didn't see that one at the St. Charles location...
you didn't see the secret room?

Sweet copy, Jeff!Got this in the mail already. Fast shipping from Brent. My first Trolley, but I've known about it since Marnin first announced the collection and I've been waiting years for it to become available.wonder what the cover artist is trying to tell us?

Why are we bumping old threads?
Because Schmell just reportedly made $3.9 million in the most recent Heritage Auction, and FoolKiller has now turned into the Dalai Lama of the Boards?
steve,
i thought the heritage comic auction did 3.9 million (not including the comic art sale)
true..not true?
