hi, i recently sent a TOS #39 in for regrading. it was a pgx 3.5 so the declared value i put was $12000, and i was charged based on that. it was regraded by cgc at 1.8, hugely decreasing the value to around $6000 but i am still charged at the estimated rate. do cgc compensate for the huge difference or is my money lost?! also if we send stuff in, that is under its value, will cgc disagree and charge more? thanks :)
