Hello, I am a noob, so I apologize if this is a redundant question. I am interested in purchasing a copy of X-Men #50 which was graded in 2001 according to the seller. It has the older-looking blue label. When I enter the number, it is unable to locate any information. Is this normal? The seller says that there were not any grader notes for books graded that far back. I was still a bit surprised that the search didn't show up anything at all. The bar code is 0104601005.
Thanks,
Beau

Hello everyone,
I am a bit of a noob, so I apologize if this is a dumb question, or if it has already been asked many times.
I live about a 90 minute drive from Las Vegas, so I am thinking about attending the Las Vegas Comic Con at the end of April. I saw that John Romita Jr will be signing stuff, and a Las Vegas comic shop will be witnessing the signatures for CGC. Do you all think that this would be worth the money and effort to get a comic signed by Romita Jr? If so, what books would you recommend using? I just got some of my old baseball cards graded, and I am thinking about reinvesting the next sale towards this.
I really appreciate your insight.
Thanks,
Beau

Hello,
I am about to submit a book to CGC to be signed for the first time ever. I emailed CGC about this, and they never replied. I have also received conflicting responses when I asked about it on a CGC Facebook group.
The book that I am submitting is already in a slab. Do I still need to include the window wrap with the book? I have one but would rather save it than send it to be wasted if it is not needed.
Thanks for your feedback.
Best,
Beau

Hey folks,
After finding a box full of comics from the 80s and 90s that I had as a kid and getting some of them graded, I caught the bug and started collecting again. This is my first ever slabbed book. I have five other ASMs from the 60s incoming from WhatNot. I think I might already be addicted. I have some valuable baseball cards that I'm thinking about having graded to swap for more. Do any of you have any recommendations for places that trade comics for cards?

John Romita Jr signatures at Las Vegas Comic Con question
in The Signature Room
Posted
Thanks, Adamantium,
I live about 90 miles from Las Vegas and am planning to go anyway. I have never been to a Comic Con. I'm just not sure that I want to splurge on the extra time and money that it would take to get a book signed by him. I'm looking on eBay, and it looks like the first appearances of Hobgoblin and Madam Web might be good choices, but it also looks like the copies without his signature are going for about the same as the signed copies.
