Hi, Please find attachment Please 🙏 I need help Question about CGC grading CIB. Can Cgc video game grading this complete in box ? As I know Cgc only grading the case, disc, and manual to get overall score. For example, the ps4 games official originally does not have an instruction manual included. will it still be graded as CIB? Would it effect the grade score? because officially original package there is no instruction manual exist. I also have some ps3 games with the same problem as above Hope I get an answer soon so I can send my CIB game for grading Anyone please share your experience Thank You

(5) Payment My Subtotal showing is $235.00 I remember that i still have $150.00 credit on my membership Online Submission show $235.00 - $150.00 credit, my payment subtotal should be $85.00 left , but the system won't automatically use the $150.00 credit Please let me know how to use my $150.00 credit during filling my Online Submission Form

Hi I'm from Canada and I'm going to use the Canadian General Post office air mail parcel to send my video games to Cgc, May I ask which address to use to send to Cgc video games? should I send to the cgc p.o address or to the 5501 Communications park way? I'm afraid I'll lose it if I send it to the wrong place

Your game seems like is UK/NETH version, I wonder Cgc will able to grade or not. If I'm not wrong, as I know CGC Video Games does not currently grade non-North American release. Thanks
