    @KaileeS CS Hi, thanks for your response. I paid for a membership thinking i'd be ableto grade my collection, but now my membership has no use. Can you please assist with cancellation and refund of fee?

    I just signed up for a membership, was very excited to submit, but after paying for my membership read that you do not grade non-north american copies. I have about 100 games or so to grade, are you planning to expand your grading to other regioned games, such as PAL? if so, when?
