  1. Thanks for the info! For the record, here's what I have: James Swinnerton, original art, Mr. Jack strip, 1/28/1920, signed by artist, engraving order and postage attached. F. Opper, original art, "The Judge and the Major," 5/1/20, signed by artist, engraving order attached. F. Opper, original art, "The Munitions Plant Blew Up!," 6/2/20, signed by artist, engraving order attached. Items were acquired some years ago at Berman's Auction Gallery in Dover NJ, in a box with misc. old printed newspaper comics. I no longer have the record of the purchase.
  2. Hello! I have a box of old newspaper comic pages (Buck Rogers, Polly and her Pals, and more), and also some original cartoon art from the 20's by F. Opper and J. Swinnerton. I am hoping to find out more about what I have and what it might be worth. Before I start posting details, I wanted to ask if this this forum is appropriate for such technically-not-comic-book inquiries, and if not, might someone give me advice on where else I should look? Any help would be much appreciated. Best Regards! Jay
