Thank you for that response. However, this has not been my experience. I paid for my Premium Membership on February 9, 2023. I sent in my first submission and was charged the full amount on February 10, 2023, according to my credit card statement. Why was the credit not applied on this submission? I'm ready to make another submission and would like to see the credit applied. Can I anticipate a similar problem?

I have the Premium Membership. My understanding from reading the information on the CGC website states that this level membership receives a $150 credit that can be used for submissions. The website clearly states that this discount will automatically be applied to a cart when making a submission. I am trying to make a submission of modern comics for grading, but my credit is not being applied in the cart or anywhere along the path to payment. Please advise as this is really frustrating.
