  1. You guys will like these auctions that just ended. Scroll down a bit and hold onto your seats... Ebay Auctions
  2. Cool! Thanks for posting. The prices are for the most part exceptional. The Whiz 1 is interesting, as with cleaning, I wonder if it would get that price today. But that Larson More Fun 52? I can only dream...
  3. My wife went to the Post Office and picked up a package for me. The package contained a Batman 1. Well, she had our then 8-month old son with her. She put the package on top of the car, secured the little fellow in his car seat, and then took off with the package on the car. When she got home I asked her where the package was. She went white as a ghost, and so did I. She flew back to the Post Office, and on the way saw a package sitting in the middle of a busy road. She got it and it turned out it was the Batman 1. The outer box was shredded, and the inner box was run over a few times, but amazingly, the book itself was fine. Needless to say I go pick up my own packages now...

  5. For me it was finding the Spokane Collection (1997) and not buying the whole thing for 100k. I did buy and keep some of the Mister Mysteries, Wierd Mysteries and Startling Terror Tales. Stunning books...
  6. Were those on Metro's recent posting? I ask because Vinny picked up a bunch of Big Apple books at a recent auction. I saw those books and they are very nice. They are indeen Big Apples by the way.
  7. Here's a Timely I picked up this past weekend at my local show. I'm not much into Timely's, but this is one book I have always wanted.
  8. I love that cover!! Here is my copy (I hope I am doing this right...)
