I agree, there has not been a large jump. Prices have been consistent. I know from persnal experience

unavailability of funds, MacMan. Good time to buy if you have the money but bad time to sell. For Me, I had about 5 copies in the 7.0 to 7.5 range. I sold them all because I devoted those funds to my AF15 fund. The 7.0 to 7.5 prices have been the same for the past 4 years, i figure i can always purchase another one at the prices i sold them for. When I have more funds avaialbe I would love to purchase a 8.0 or higher. This is the only Copper book worth spending strong money on.

I received an offer of $3803 for my 5.5 OW on eBay. I have not countered his offer. I believe he is not a board member. The point here is that "sellers are not selling to each other" to drive up the hype/frenzy. It's pretty simple there's not that many 5.0s an above available. Once these upper mid grade and higher grades go up... The lower grades will follow Movie coming out and low supply/high demand = hot book

tmnt 1 1st print cgc 7 to 7.5 has hovered around from 800 to 1100 the last 5 years. Do you guys see a spike in prices any time soon??? Will it remain the same in the next 5 years or will there be a spike??
