  1. If he had a dollar for every post, he could have bought that Batman 1, 4.5 on CLINK....well, not quite I passed at 62. No way I was paying more
  2. I honestly do not pay attention to such.
  3. let me consult my magic 8 ball. "Unlikely"
  4. I spent about 4 hours with them last weekend. Have so much going on next 3-4 weeks but after that, going to photo them all and post here!
  5. There's enough demand to absorb supply at current or higher pricing.
  6. My kind of books especially the 35. Man I am starting to think a large part of the pre Robin books are owned by only a select few that hoard them.... James G When there's only 20-40 unrestored copies of a book known to exist that isn't really that hard to do. (thumbs u -J. There are hundreds of copies (large portion unrestored) of these books out there. They may not come to market that often bc folks don't want to sell them, but 20-40 is absurdly low. I myself have sold over 30 copies of Tec 31 of which some 18 were unrestored. That wouldn't surprise me but Rick, how many of those copies do u think may have just been the same copies circulating back to you. And how many copies on the census do u think might be resubs? I just don't think there's many of these books out there, or readily available as you said. -J. These were each unique books I sold. True, I did resell many of the same copies too (about a dozen) As for readily available, they are not. As for existing, they do. I know, literally dozens and dozens of folks that have raw copies and cgc copies. I know folks that own (like i did) multiple restored and unrestored copies. There was a fellow at sdcc a few years ago (2006, I believe) that had 8 copies (all raw, none that I know he ever sold or made available) It's similar to folks guesstimating that only 75 copies of action 1 exist, or insert whatever overly conservative #.... there are hundreds and hundreds of copies out there!

  10. Unfortunately I don't know. I would hazard that they are peds (church or Allentown etc) Here's one, from the late 30's Church Copy, cracked 9.8 Defies logic how a 30's book can be so pristine!! Congrats!! It's junk
  11. \ the "in between" tec (riddler 140/142)... I bought a copy for my collection, but have never intentionally bought to resell, so I don't think I have ever had a sale of one Is that the jigsaw puzzle cover? If so I love it. Never had it. Not jigsaw. Largely black and yellow "wanted/reward" cover Here it is! 2nd highest graded - only 10 copies in the census. [/quote Very pretty, I have a lowly good/very good

  20. most pedigrees, like the Church books, or allentowns, or Reily's etc, have distinctive markings or preservation qualities (smell, touch, etc) that make long time collectors easily distinquish them...pretty sure no one consults chuck Unless it's in regard to whether his marketing strategies influenced his choice of tattoos. chuck is a sweat heart Yeah, I've known him a long time, ...even before the Church find, but I don't know how much he sweats. Thank you form noticing Usually snarky spots

  22. the book continues to trend up (as does jla 1) and has probably yet not "sniffed" its potential highs (once the jla movie gets cast, etc, demand will increase)
