  1. Any have perspective on this question? I have a couple PGX books that I would rather are CGC books and wanted to see thoughts. doesnt matter how they arrive at cgc. All books are cataloged and placed in a bar coded Mylar. The graders will have no clue what "package" the comic arrived in
  2. outlook is cloudier than outside my window
  3. consulting my 8 ball... "Outlook is cloudy"
  4. I would be all over that 3.5 copy if I wasn't paying off another book right now. I believe that copy came from Philly too
  5. Interesting. I have several copies listed for sale in the sales thread and while I am priced on the high fringe of fmv I haven't had a single inquiry or offer
  6. this year, just the queen and myself (thumbs u
  7. I hear it will be awesome So that's where the party is.. I thought it was going to be at Tomorrow's Treasure's booth. bedrock or the bunky's...you can't go wrong there
  8. I dont show much, but when I do..... sweet looking
  9. thats a strong price but depending on eye appeal it might be worth taking plunge. A 6.0 should sell for about 4500 give or take
  10. That is pretty sick, Jeff. Rick also mentioned a little while back that someone has (had?) a short box of AF15s, i'm wondering if this is the same guy or not....... my friend still has over 60 copies. I have gotten 5 from him. Not scne! Any chance he is interested in some "buy one, get one free" deals? its taken me 15 years to be able to buy like 7 books from him. That's one every 2 years

Not scne! 60 copies? I guess someone doesn't need a 401k... and that is just the tip of the iceberg!
  12. I'm sure the census is fairly accurate. Most of the resubs via press get the old labels turned in and removed (not all but I bet majority)

  14. I just picked up a really nice 7.5 with ow paper
  15. like joey, I have intentionally not excessively commented in this thread, as I have bought and sold a dozen copies in the past 6 months... just for frame of reference, my last 6 bb28 sales are as follows (take it for what it is worth) cgc 4.0 at heroes (was a consigned copy, and it sold instantly...probably too cheap!...I also had a 3.5 priced at 1995 and a 4.0 at 2495 and a 6.5 at 7495...) cgc 6.5 twin cities copy...$6495 (6 months, or so, ago) cgc 6.5 with ow/w for 7995 cgc 6.5 with ow for 6995 cgc 8.0 ow for an obscene amount of money
  16. books always look better in richards possession
  17. now that is a well loved comic
  18. I have seen vf copies of wf3 but those square bounds are tough in that grade. They don't come up for sale all that often. Maybe look for a nice fine or better if you are in a hurry (thumbs u
  19. have not. Was close to going last year but logistically was not feasible
  20. must post the other copy too Gorgeous copy ! and to think that was my second undercopy an embarrassment of riches I consider it more a proactive approach
