I wanted to thank you for your recommendation. Based on your review, picked up a used copy. It is indeed one of the most fun, action packed games ever. Just awesome, incredible gameplay. "Visceral" describes it well. A shame that a game this good didn't get the big press. Might have missed it completely if not for this review here. Thanks again. The TV show America Declassified recently did an interesting piece on the filming of John Wayne's The Conqueror downwind of the testing, and whether fallout caused cancer in Wayne and other crew members...

+1 on C.A. "Chuck" Winter. He had a cartoony yet detailed style that gave a real flair to his Atlas stories!
