    Does CGC usually come to conventions with the means to open slabs?

    What would be the process for getting a universal grade comic upgraded to a signature series? I have some slabs that I'd like to get signed and re-graded. I understand that CGC has to witness the signing to be eligible. So if both the writer and CGC is at a convention and I bring my slabs, what all would I need to do to get it done smoothly without wasting CGC's or the writer's time?
