Hi,
this was the last book I needed to complete a blue label pre-Robin Tec run.
Not the most glamorous of covers but probably the hardest book to get unrestored:
CGC 5.5 OWW pages:
George
Awesome book George

Someone got their wish today and Trey Cannon gets a strike.
http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=3267476
i'm sure he's a nice guy but about time!
I've been here only a few weeks longer than Trey and reading the rules doesn't seem to be that hard.
Most important lesson i've learned here is not to get baited into an argument in comics general again.

Well, I haven't completed my pre-robin Tec set, but would like to share what I have so far. These books are my pride and joy, my bread and butter of my collection. I dont think I will ever let these books go. It's too bad my Tec 29 has cream-offwhite pages and the only one that was graded as a 3.5. Everything else is offwhite or above and graded a 4.0 Next up for me, is a Tec 31 Enjoy!

This is why I dont post my books anymore..
That Tec 31 is so sick. Congrats on the amazing pickup
Any book that someone appreciates is worth posting, i liked the cover of your Tec 608 you posted, remember this is a comic book forum and we all like comics.

yeah, but like sands in an hourglass, I can't hold onto any of them... I just "rent" them
Do we all not just "rent" our comic books eventually, somewhere along the line they will no longer be ours

Agree with you both, 30 days is too long -- but if buyers and sellers were publicly "outed" after a week or two, there would be a lot more arguments, and this thread will get a whole lot longer!
If a seller took that long to ship something to me, or a buyer took that long to pay me (absent any reasonable communication), believe me, I'd be chomping at the bit to report them -- and this is not entirely a hypothetical. But at the same time, I can respect that the 30-day mark is an effort to find the balance of preserving a sense of community here.
I absolutely agree Jon...30 days is a pretty horrendous effort to pay for a book or ship a book. But what I think the 30 days establishes is the "horrendous" threshold if you will, thus qualifying someone to be placed on probation...even more so if the person is non-communicative and/or brings a pain-in-the-azz attitude about it to the person on the other end of the transaction...
This about sums up the purpose. As everyone knows, most books bought and sold here on the Boards are shipped and received within a week.
and even with internatonal shipping 30 days is plenty of time (thumbs u
I wondered how long us UK residents should wait for a book from the States

from 1koko sales thread, i'm sure i have posted these several times but i do love them

A few recent pickups in the Gold/Atom range...had to get that Ingels "undead" cover, as the company I work for just launched "Plants vs. Zombies" and it's the fastest-selling game in our history
"Plants vs. Zombies", i love that game

Here's a scarce book; there are only 8 in the census. CGC Noted that it is the first Jack Kirby Thor.
Very nice
