This has been a long collecting adventure for me. It's been a fun experience, but it is bittersweet to be done. Of course, I would love to upgrade some of the copies, get all blue labels, and continue to improve the collection, but for now, I'll probably just sit back and relax for awhile. The popularity of these covers in today's market makes it expensive to upgrade. Lots of folks fighting over a small number of issues and it gets pricey for a poor ol' boy like me. I do plan to do a group shot at some point, but logistically that is going to be a challenge. Trying to figure out how to get over 100 slabs in a picture will take some work. Anyway, on with the show.

I was casually following the bidding for Weird 20. With only 3 bidders in the game it had already hit ~$1900 (with BP); then a 4th bidder steps in later... and the final hammer at $4000+ for a book at GD- 1.8!! Looks like I can probably forget about completing that run. Yes, my bad as I should stop stop trying to Google auction results on a small cell phone screen which is harder to read. That VG+ auction result was from back in 2013.
