Not sure if this thread still has to do with Wolverine 35 or not but just in case...
I tracked down mine over the holidays and it has the same printer defects. Mine had two in the orange just above the black areas so not as bad as some of the others I have seen...but still not an elusive 9.8 or anything like that.
It's like trying to find bigfoot or Paris Hilton's brain
I'm not sure which is more elusive.

No kidding
Why thank youNYX3 9.8 ...heos yeah!!! Nice, very nice!A funny story about the NYX #3:
My brother broke the CGC case, and I was pizzed
I wanted to get a re-holder,but didn't have time or money.
So when Joe Quesada was on the guest list at NYCC,I went ahead and had it signed and graded.
I was worried about a downgrade, but I took a chance and did it anyway.
I was very happy that it kept it's 9.8 grade
I guess I should thank my brother for breaking the CGC case
Funny how things work out sometimes, huh? Congrats!

I'm laughing because it's true
:preach:Yup and like and operating system watch out for crashes (PMS, pregnancy, menopause etc.) and don't forget the patches (jewelry, cars, clothes) and the security upgrades (forgiveness) but in the end the all the work, attention and time given to maintaining the system will pay off in hugh dividends as the original will always be better than some new fangled glitzy alternative!I only want/need wife 1.0Be aware, this is NOT an upgrade from girlfriend 9.0.
Wife 1.0 is an Operating System, not an application.
You have been warned.
(NOT RESPONDING)
This is also a very very necessary talent to keeping the operating system functioning well; followed up by chocolates!(NOT RESPONDING)

OMG!!!! I played that game a lot at the arcades when I was a kidI wanna add this bad boy to my comic room. I spent many a quarter when I was a kid, sitting on the Wildwood boardwalk with my friend. Two 20 dollar bills entertained us for hours.I can't tell how many tokens I dropped in that game in one day
Thank god they released it on the PSN

Guess I'm lucky my wife doesn't "LET ME" I tell her I'm going to do something and she doesn't mind.My whole bedroom is my comic room.Every wall in the room has OA hanging, with four huge shelves holding my books.
My wife has never curbed my comic spending - moaned yes, but never said no, so she is TOP GIRL (thumbs u. Just she does not want to look at them 24/7. Hey fine by me, means I get to hang and geek out in my room in peace and quiet
Awesome,my wife is a better grader than I am.You think I'm a tight grader in PGM thread? My wife beats me hands down, and usually suggests I get the better grade book that's more expensive.I have her so trained........I mean she's a great lady.
My wife is the same way. She can see defects a lot sooner than I can. Perhaps I am just anxious about buying the book. She will usually encourage me to buy the better quality books when she's with me.
That is just comic book collector nirvana. We are so damn lucky.

I say a 9.
NOShould we consider this a printers defect and scale the grades higher on a curve? No. Because what happens when a copy surfaces without the problem?
Can we not be content to have 9.6 as the highest grade? Why would anyone want to have the grade less than accurate?
So if all the books you've ever seen were produced with the cover ripped in half, you'd be content with CGC calling that a 9.8? Seriously?
No sir. The smallest of unobtrusive stress caused in production should not preclude uber high grade on an otherwise flawless example. I don't know whether it's 9.9, 9.8, 9.6 or another number. But as in afforementioned ASM #300, the printing process is not an equal playing field in all books ever printed. We know that a single miniscule stressor will grade differently in a New Mutants 87 than it will in a Marvel Comics 1.
Does a mole on Eva Mendes face make her any less than a 10?
Eva Mendes is not a 10.
A strong 8 1/2.

Hell no.
I'm just not content with 9.6 being the highest graded copy.
I want CGC to grade this book accurately as possible.
There has to be a 9.8 copy of #35 somewhere.
I will wait till CGC grades a 9.8 copy,no matter what.

I posted to quick and didn't get to compliment you on the nice display and good use of space. Now I can show my wife what all the other wives let their husbands display around the house. Lon
Be prepared for a cold, lonely winter
