Finally paid this off and it just arrived in the mail today...

 

I'm sure all of you guys who are in the midst or have completed a long run have had a problem with finding an issue that shouldn't be that hard to find in "good enough" shape. My issue, so far, has been Flash 323. I have lost out on several 9.6's, which is good enough for me. Anyway, one morning I decided to visit a few dealer sites and what pops up -- Flash 323 and for only a few bucks more than the last 9.6. So, this one is for all you guys frustrated at not being able to find that seemingly impossible book. Persistence.

Why thank you. I'm working on completeing this small run in 9.0 or better. I'm thinking it will take me a couple of years because of the cost. Love the different covers on this run.

Does anyone know if the buyer of the New Mutants #98 CGC 9.9 is a board member?

 

Even if they were, I doubt they'd admit to it now.

I for one happy with My CGC 9.8 copy of New Mutants #98

I don't know whats sad.The fact that someone pay that much for a CGC modern book,or the fact that they could of used that money to buy a Hulk #181 or ASM #1

Sorry for the crappy scans. I just built a new machine and haven't "tweaked" it yet. I am using my AIO Epson RX595 and it's scanning software with Windows 7 Ultimate. I may need to break down and buy a new scanner that will accommodate slabs, as I plan on submitting a lot of books this coming year. I FINALLY paid for an e-commerce package; so that means I kinda HAVE TO get my site up and running. I've only been threatening to do it for 4 years now!!!

 

Anyways, on with the show

I want to save some money to buy myself a copy ASM#33 (one of my all time favorite Spider-Man covers),and I want to know what are the prices are on a 9.0 ungraded copy are

 

It's my favorite cover as well! And has my favorite page of Steve Ditko art of all time, the one where Spidey is lifting the machinery finally off his back...just spectacular artwork and very dramatic!

 

A 9.0 will probably cost you about $250-$350.
