Just signed up for associate membership. Have discount code towards purchase of shipping kit. Tried to order and discount code rejected. Please advise.

The CGC and CSG Trading cards website for online submission forms certification verification and tracking will be down 11:00 PM tonight until about 12:00 PM tomorrow

I just signed up at the associate level. When I tried to buy a sports card shipping kit with the $15 discount code I get error message saying the code isn't valid. Any suggestions?
