I loved this book. Fantastic art, interesting story, mucho potential for fun.

 

I'm not a Gabriel fan, so I don't mind him going out...but why train him to be a soldier just to waste that mini-plotline.

 

 

 

Because Kirkman loves walking you down a road that leads into the exact opposite of what it appears to be. He's used this technique multiple times on both TV and in the comics.

 

 

I love how he's telling some of the story in 4 x 4 paneled pages, very cool.

The death was absolutely brutal.

Black Hammer was under 20,000 with 2 covers. Great story and #2 arrives tomorrow...or tonight if I can find it online.

this is pretty interesting. I snagged one for about $30 not long ago. Raws are not to expensive but are selling at a nice pace did i miss something?

I also have a rather black pull list with BEK, Black Hammer, Black Science, Black Road. There is also a Black Mask book Black coming out that looks good.

Would have been nice to know these things before hand. I feel like they keep changing their rules with every release. I know per account there were restrictions but orders were placed from 2 different accounts. The same IP because I was at work when noon hit on my end.

They're going to get some backlash for this if true. x number per account, means just that. Accounts can have the same IP and they verify all accounts, so to punish someone who has multiple accounts is pure rubbish.

As if they really care though. They sell out in 15 mins regardless of how they do business.

Both are WAY hotter than they deserve to be.

We started talking about Monstress here in December just a few weeks after it came out. We talked about the great art and story, I personally am not surprised it has done well. Its not TWD or Saga but this is a definitely a great book.
