I am submitting my books at a show this weekend and have packed them as if I was mailing them. Do I need to unpack them and just bring the books with the packing slip or do they need to be packaged in a box for drop off at the show?

Doing my first submittal with 6 books. I selected custom labels for two of the books. The other 4 were separated into another group. Do I still wrap them all together in one submittal with the packing slip or do I need to wrap the two groups separate each with a copy of the packing slip? Also if they both need to be wrapped separately can they all be submitted in one box?
