So I decided to get my comics signed and graded for the first time during San Diego Comic Con. Got my ASM 1 and 4 from 2014 signed by Humberto Ramos and sent them off there at the show but haven't gotten any sort of updates, been charged, and doesn't appear in the "my submissions" page. I tried contacting CGC but haven't received any response. Any help is appreciated.
