    I was looking to submit a baseball card with a known error on it. Is there anywhere on the submission form to mark the error. ( The card has the wrong birthdate for the player) I know with Coin submissions at NGC, you usually have to declare errors in order to have them on the capsule label. I cant find any way to let CGC know that the card I am submitting has an error. Thank you!
