This is an auction find. My dad calls me on a Saturday morning to tell me about a farm auction he is at and that he had found some comic books. He tells me that there are 4 books and that they are 12 cent books, so he tries to tell me what they are the only one that really jumped out was the X-Men #10. Not knowing the real condition I told him to go $5-$10 on the X-men. He calls back and told me he got all 4 for $15.
I talked to him yesterday and he went through the books while I was on phone, they are X-men #10 (1965), Justice League of America #47 (1966), The Atom #7 (1963)and Strange Tales #99(1962). I will go pick them up this evening and I will post pics tonight.
Here are scans of the books my dad picked up for me. The condition of the books are pretty low, but I needed the X-Men #10

I was at the River Market Flea in Kansas City yesterday with my girl friend and showed her a comic spinner rack with the "Hey Kids Comics" topper filled with comics in a booth. I knew the rack wasn't sell because a friend of mine has made offers on it before but the booth owner would not sell. So a little bit later we were looking in a booth filled with old Coke items, old displays and signs, when my girlfriend told me to look at this and pointed to corner and behind a sign was another comic spinner rack. I found the price tag and then began to inspect it, the topper was in good shape (and it was the same as the 5 sided topper that I currently have and that is how my girlfriend know what it was) but the rack had been repainted red instead of black (but it was a decent job). We finished looking through all 3 levels and the basement, when I made my way to the front desk to see if they could could contact the booth owner with an offer. They finally were able to contact him and he accepted my offer. The next hurdle was to figure out how to fit it in a Dodge Charger.
