    Thanks for the input! The stain is textural on the front cover but not on the back. The yellow staining on the top of the pages within are worse at the beginning and end of the book than in the middle. I picked the book up at a shop over 20 years ago and can’t remember now if the damage was always there or not.

    Unfortunately, the stain on the top of the cover runs throughout the book and onto the back cover.

    This copy is pretty beat up. The cover is still attached but the top staple is beginning to detach on the back. What looks like a smudge/color break on Iron Man’s arm and the table he’s leaning on is just glare from the light I used, with more glare visible at the top of the cover in the middle.
