  1. So even professional athletes who happen to have autographs in some of these sets would not be graded because they are not in an official sport released product?
  2. I'm looking to find out if you all grade non-sports cards like donruss Americana, razor, leaf pop signatures, etc. I see your list for non sports cards you do and do not grade, but I don't see these celebrity type of cards and companies mentioned. The following link is an example of one of the type of sets I'm asking about. https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2020-leaf-metal-pop-century-trading-cards
  3. For pack pulled autographs, one that the company officially states is authentic, can we submit them without getting the auto graded? In other words, if I have 50+ bulk autograph cards, can I submit them and pay the bulk rate without the additional auto fee and only get them graded?
  4. Will CSG release specific information about how they treat specific cards from specific set that have well-known issues that the industry is aware of before we submit those kinds of cards? For example, greening of early chrome or finest cards...will this greening have a significant deduction on the surface grade? Will 1971 topps baseball be graded slightly easier on the black borders? Will Fleer 86-87 basketball cards for the sticker set be graded whether they are bigger or smaller than the standard size because they were known to come in sizes, regular, shorter, and taller? There are so many more but I would like to know if CSG are aware of these industry facts about particular cards form specific sets that would have an impact on grading and authentication. I would hate to to send in a bulk of submission of this stuff thinking that CSG knows about the sticker size differences on that fleer set but rejects all of them because they aren't the standard size. Or if I sent in bulk early chrome thinking that since there are PSA 10s and BGS 9.5s that have greening it them, CSG would not grade like this and automatically deduct 4-5 points on surface to begin with. I would like to know what CSGs position is on these abnormalities.
  5. I see a problem with not being able to get your product back before a service has even begin, however, it is clearly stated that you cannot change an order once they have been shipped. I didn't ship my second order until I saw the process play out with my first submission for that very reason. Perhaps they will modify that in the future but at this point we have to play within the rules that were established.
  6. Does CSG currently or will they in the future offer authentic slabs for trimmed or altered cards, ones where is no grade and simply says authentic?
  7. When was your express order delivered to their facility if you don't mind me asking?
  8. Thanks for the comparison. It becomes so much more clearer when you have this kind perspective.
  9. My unlimited walkthrough package was received on 4/8 and it was entered in the system on 4/12. This was good news to me considering they are probably dealing with a massive amount of packages. My bulk submission was received 3/30 and has not been checked in yet. I’ll provide further updates for you all to compare.
  10. I would like to start a chat where people can share their grading experiences to track information for us to learn from. 1. What tier did you submit at? 2. Date shipment was received by CSG. 3. How many business days (or total days) did it take for CSG to enter your cards in the system after they received them? 4. How many business days (or total days) did it take to complete the grading process after they were entered into the system? 5. How many business days (or total days) did it take to arrive at your house after grading was finished? Thanks in advance. I'm sure this reflective piece would help CSG as well to hear our feedback.
  11. Read some of the post over the years on blowout and Facebook. There are many horror stories about shipments without signature.
  12. One option is to send with signature confirmation.
  13. Okay, I was wondering if the carrier matters when packages are signed for or placed in the cache.
  14. Are you disagreeing that WK has to wait (see 7Snookers response) or are you disagreeing with me when I say WK should be "advanced" and opened BEFORE other tiers? The example you gave actually supports my position that WK should get priority treatment. I'm confused as to what you are disagreeing with...
  15. Thank you, that confirms for me that even with the WK on it, it still has to “wait” in line of for being received. I was under the impression that unlimited walkthrough was prioritized and opened when it arrived. That is disappointing to know that unlimited walkthrough had to sit and wait it’s turn.
  16. Thank you for the reply but my question was not answered. So what I’m hearing from this response is that an unlimited walkthrough package that arrives on a Monday will NOT be opened IF there is 2 weeks stockpile of other packages that arrived in the previous weeks. So the unlimited walkthrough quote of 2 days BEGINS when the package is opened only. This means a WK marked package can sit at the facility for multiple weeks waiting to be opened. If that’s true that unlimited walkthrough packages can be signed for and NOT opened the day they arrive, that is disappointing. What is the point of writing WK if the package will simply sit unopened for weeks?
  17. Good afternoon. I am reading some of the posts and other questions about receiving shipments and understand there is a delay in entering packages received into the system. This makes sense considering what is going in the grading industry. My question is does this apply for the unlimited walk through service as well. I see it is stated these packages will be opened first, giving priority over other tiers. So for example, if there are hundreds of packages that have not been opened from a couple of weeks ago, if you were to receive a walk through one it would get opened before the other packages that have been sitting for weeks. Are the walk through packages opened the day you get them, no matter how many shipments are waiting? Thank you for your time.
  18. Gotcha, that was my assumption. I'm asking all of this because I have been hearing multiple people on different platforms saying that when their card was rejected for whatever reason, they were NOT charged. So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this paying vs. non-paying for not being slabbed.
  19. Thanks for the quick reply. Did you also pay for the shipping you selected?
  20. Hello. If you don't mind me asking, what were you charged for this EV card to be examined?
