I just wanted to make sure I was understanding the fee structure correctly. If I send in a bulk order, the fee per card is 8 dollars, if I want subgrades, that is an additional 10/card, if it is an auto, add 2 dollars. So total per card for bulk, as mentioned above, would be 20 dollars. Is this correct?
