  1. I’ve never graded cards with any grading company before, and with all the good things I was hearing about CSG I wanted to give them a chance. I sent my first economy submission to CSG on 04/01 before they changed their lead times. My submission showed on usps tracking that they received it on 04/05. I sent an email on 04/07 checking to see if they received my 4 card submission, and got a response saying “Processing of orders generally runs 2-25 business days from delivery depending on submission volume. We are currently processing deliveries that arrived the week of 3/15/21”. I sent another email on 04/28 because my second 50 card order never showed as being delivered on usps tracking, and my first order never showed up when I entered my tracking on CSG’s tracking screen. I got a response back today saying, “We are currently processing deliveries from the week of 3/15. Thank you for your patience.” Both my orders now show as being received and secured at their facility on CSG’s tracking screen, which is a relief, but neither have been checked in. So it’s been a few weeks since my first email, and they still are processing orders from 3/15. Not what I was expecting for my first grading experience.
