    Hello, I am trying to add a 2023 Topps Finest Flashbacks #179 Albert Pujols Registery Number 1401028167019. Every time I try to add the card I get the following error. An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh the page to confirm that you are signed in and then try again. I have added diffferent cards before and after I get this error. Thank you for looking into to this.

    Sent pictures of the card on 21 May. When I use the QR code when I'm signed out the card comes up. When I try to add the card after I sign in this is what pops up. This card is not in the CGC database. Are you sure that you entered the correct number? I have tried to add the card with the QR code and manually. thanks, Bill

    Hello, I recently purchased a card off e-bay. I typed in the certification number and I get an error saying certification number not valid. I triple checked the certification number to verifiy it's correct. I really can't imagine anyone going to the trouble to fake a 1989 Fleer Ryne Sandberg. Could the Certification number been mistyped in the system?

    I also have three cards showing unkown from my order on 4/17 1401001363023, 1401001363024 and 140100136302. Just wondering what the average wait time is to get these added?

    I have an Albert Pujols registry set. My problem is that I have one card graded at 9.5 and one graded at a 10 but both cards are receiving zero points. I requested a points correction but nothing has changed. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
