I wish I could say that I walked out of the theater thinking I had just saw a great movie, but unfortunately another bad DC end-battle turned this one into a very good movie for me. I really loved the backstory, the character development and character interaction, but couldn't get past that ending. Glad that DC managed to finally pull one together, but man, Ares was a big let-down for me.

I was pleasantly surprised. It definitely isn't the spider-man that I grew up reading, but it wasn't the teen angst Disney series garbage that I was half-expecting to see. EXCEPT, for the MJ scenes. Every time this poor actress opened her mouth, they had something ridiculous for her to say. Thank goodness they only gave her about 10 minutes screen time. As others have said, a good, fun, (not great) movie.

It was a very strange mess of books that I walked in on. There was 90's garbage, some other common bronze books that were in terrible shape, and these. The photo before uploading is a lot clearer and shows the extent of wear much better. The top right of the 129 has extensive bug chew and they all have less than stellar page quality.

Picked up some more books from Jerry recently; just a great experience overall, and I'll definitely buy from him again. Thanks!

Actually, it and a lot of the others that weren't worth posting had them cut out. Very lucky for me.

A few weeks ago, I got a call from someone who knows I'm into comics. Someone they know was selling a few, so I said I would go check them out. It didn't sound promising (I got a 90's drek vibe from the description), it was starting to get late, I was in the middle of some sorting, and I almost didn't go. Out of a stack of beaters, I walked away with these. They're definitely rough, but the 181 has the MVS. I had none of these in my collection, so I'm pretty happy.
