    I have been sending cards to COMC Canada, and then they go down to the USA Headquarters and I have been sending to be graded from there to CSG as its now a service that COMC provides for 'free.' Why I have never sent directly to CSG is because I dont know how the border works. Do I declare the cards as goods? Do I pay duty at the border for it to go to CSG? When they are done grading, do I pay duty on the cards coming back to Canada? (likely ((hopefully)) valuable) Thanks in advance!
