    My book was damaged recently which funny enough was my first order with CGC. They wanted me to send in the book for a recasing. What's the point? You already damaged my book! It wasn't worth the time and effort to send it back in for them to try and blame the damage on USPS so I just dealt with it.

    Wow. My order was delivered on Nov 27th and scanned in on the 29th and the package is sitting there unopened. Something is off.

    Marked as shipped today! Fingers crossed CGC didn't damage my books this time unlike my last (first) order! shipped on 10/13 delivered on 10/16 Checked in on 10/17 made it to CCS on 10/17 Shifted to QC / Finalized on 10/20?? Opened ticket on 10/20 10/23 confirmed books are in Pressing Completed pressing on 10/31 but status is stuck on still being pressed as if 11/9. Had to confirm with support Skipped Scheduled for Grading Moved to G/E/I on 11/14 Skipped Grading/QC Shipped out on 11/28

    My order has been in GEI for over a week as well. My order before that was in GEI for 2 days before being shipped. Things have slowed down to a crawl.

    One of my orders was stuck at CCS processing for about 2 or 3 weeks I called on 11/9 and they said it was done with CCS on 10/31 but nobody updated the status. Frustrating! Luckily the order went to GEI finally today.

    Small modern order and my first order complete. Looks like it took right at a month. shipped on 10/6 delivered on 10/9 scanned in on 10/11 made it to CCS on 10/13 started press/clean on 10/18 scheduled for grading on 10/23 Moved to Grading/Encapsulation/Inspection on 11/6 Moved to Grading/QC on 11/8 Shipped on 11/9

    Yeah my order has been sitting in SFG since 10/13. Wish there was a counter or something showing your place in line or something. That would be a lot more helpful than just showing the same status for the last week and a half. This is my first submission order ever so I'm double paranoid/nervous lol.
