    Why won't it allow me to pay for my submission??? The payment tab remains grayed out when I get to that portion of my submission. Am I missing something? I'm from Canada. Any Canadians have this issue initially?

    It will not allow me to get to payment status when entering a submission - My address populates in the return shipping but the payment button remains grayed out and will not allow me to continue - What is my issue and how do I solve this???
