You should! The outer case is the extra protection for the sealed comic book. However, the newest case is much safer so the label could not be tampered.

Welcome to the board. Crease? No. It's Printer crease (the right word is the printer wrinkle paper - pretty common manufacturing defect that won't affect the grade). Do not open the case unless you have CGC facilitators or dealers. Let them do their job and will handle the signatures. Make sure the label is included after the book is signed and witnessed. I cracked the cases many times but I always put the label in the bag/board before the books were signed/witnessed. I never lost the grade because of that. I hope my answer helps.
