  1. We never sleep and we are restless to annoy you.
  2. Too many choices. What the heck? I will take BOTH books. Thanks Richard.
  3. Which book do you recommend Art of Steve Ditko or World of Steve Ditko? I would prefer to see his art works and illustrations.
  4. Even Kirby's bad days...his drawings always mesmerize me. I know I hate one person for SURE! That Liefield's drawings of tiny toe-tipping feet make me cringed.
  5. I heard from ComicLink more than 10 years ago. They said eBay always keep charging fees while we are still doing 10% seller fees.
  6. I used to sell a lot of them. At one point, I sold five 9.8 copies in average of $350 in 2018. There are 22 copies are currently selling. See the prices have gone up. 44 more copies are currently selling. Ridiculous 9.6 copies are nearly twice than my 9.8 copies. I forced to buy one NM copy for future.
  7. They send me the 1099 for only November and December after the transition of old PayPa/eBay partnership to full time eBay service. It looks like that I may stay away from eBay this year.
  8. His collection seemed small but big key issues.
  9. I personally sold over $25K in 2020 via eBay so I have to report on Schedule A. My father told me to use it so my taxman is doing it for me.
  10. Let you guys/gals know that my 2nd stimulus check was stolen and cashed. Someone forged my check. US Treasury Department of the Fiscal Service provided me the questionnaire sheets and the scan of the forgeries. I was shocked they signed my check without my permission. They asked me to sign three times and my wife did the same thing that are used for the comparison. I finished my questionnaire sheets and mailed them back. I hope they will reserve the check and arrest them immediately. My CPA used the taxable recovery credit on my tax return. Back to the subject, I use eBay fees on my selling report on my tax return so I hope I will get more tax refund.
  11. The guy went through the roof to snatch them but I am happy that guy was caught eventually in Arizona. Thanks to our comic book communities all over US. Sadly, the police is not doing anything about it and tells us if we have the insurance.
  12. All known stolen collections were recorded via the security cameras. The police has nothing to do about it but a written stolen report is made. Remember Comic4Less? His location in Mundelein, IL was well known and is very old with little security. His place was a target for a while. Pete bought a brand new state of art security building in Libertyville.
  13. How did the thief know the comic books were stored there? There were few incidents that were well-known for example, a guy who asked for comic book donations for sick children and a guy who works for Doug of Pedigreecomics.com. Both are well known public figures that led to a break-in storage lockers. It's best to keep the secrets.
