I suggested you to leave it alone. It's better that way instead further damages if it is attempted to scrape them off on the first page. The cover too. If I were you, there is nothing I can do about it not even the professionals can remove them.

Navy Action #3 VG 4.0. The cover looks great but small missing chips on FC/BC. One on Census. No sale history for this copy. The closest one is #4 CGC 4.5 that was sold for $99 last year. $80. Front Cover Back Cover
