  1. Star Spangled War Stories #151 NM- 9.2 or NM 9.4 1st Unknown Soldier in Title. Very pretty copy. OPG = $410. Asked for $250.
  2. All American Men of War #89 VG 4.0 (MSC label is still on the bag - they graded it 4.0). Last two copies were sold on eBay (one is FR/GD 1.5 and GD- 1.8) for $75 and $51 but this book is in a nice shape. Both cover and centerfold are firmly attached. Asked for $100. It's hard to find the decent copy somewhere.
  3. Yo folks except Hall of Shame members and Probies you know the rules. I have 13 books today. Take it or PM with time stamp before others. Usual first take first service. $7.00 up to three books. $16 international. Add $2 per copies. $12 for one CGC copy. PayPal is good. 3% off with Money Order or Personal Check. Returns accepted with your GOOD reasons.
  4. My first OAAW issue was #220 (just missed #218 earlier). Every issue, I always went for USS Stevens section first. Sometimes, I was so disappointed it didn't feature my favorite part but next issue had it that made my day. I could sense Sam Glanzman's stories were authentic. Almost!
  5. They don't buy my raw copies very often (my prices are pretty low) but they never hesitate buying my graded copies at top prices. The buyers are unpredictable.
  6. I would like to buy the novel but I don't know which is better. Maybe you have seen it or both. Just tell me which one I should grab. The same title - A Sailor’s Story by Sam Glanzman. There are two novels but I would love to see all arts were done by the same artist in one book. Which publication has a better version and printing quality? What is your recommendation? Marvel Graphic Novel #30 Dover Publications Graphic Novel Marvel Graphic Novel - Volume Two - Winds, Dreams and Dragons (this may be older than #30)
  7. It didn't work for me unless I have to sign up with any apps I am not interested.
  8. They don't want their reputations be offended by the lesser people.
  9. eBay user ID: frankiroja_2 (6) Waited for this buyer to pay me over two weeks. I had a hard time to understand their language even the buyer didn't respond my few questions for some clarifications. I sent the request to cancel the transaction. I think the buyer is only 14 years old and didn't have enough fund to pay this amount (lousy $26 for two books). I was asked to lower the shipping cost too (I declined). Here is the message: ew message from: frankiroja_2 (6) I'd Like to apologize and to cancel my order i wasn't able to make the $32 that I had to make I'm 14 and been looking for this comic for months. I found it and decided to bid on but didn't have a lot at the time. By the end of the week i will only have 26 so just wanted to let you know now then Feb. 1st. Again I'm so sorry for the inconvenience
  10. I have a feeling that people who encapsulate the books must be careless to damage them.
  11. Welcome to the board. You are a thoughtful guy and you are perfectly fit here. Good luck on your sales.
  12. I happened to cross SSWS #24 (it was printed in 1954) and checked the pages. It nearly blinded me. The pages are WHITE! Of course, I had no hesitation to buy it.
  13. I am sorry that book is damaged inside the pizza pan slab. They should contact you about it. How come QC overlooked it?
  14. What a huge 6 cents! That was the reason for the big grade drop?
  15. I didn't pay attention to the sale trend on Stan Lee signatures in last few years since I sold my last copy with Stan Lee signature (it was ASM #1 5.0). Is it declining now?
  16. DCCP #26 VF+ 8.5 probably 9.0 - it has a tiny tear on top edge FC. Two tiny stress marks on the spine. DCCP #27 VF/NM 9.0 probably NM- 9.2 - I am not sure about the defects on the spine. Inside cover is fine. DCCP #47 NM- 9.2 probably NM 9.4
