  1. I'm a software engineer by trade and I think your website is in desperate need of upgrades in regards to how submissions are tracked. The more transparency the better, some suggestions: We should be able to turn on notifications when it "moves to the next status" so I don't have to check it when I want to know how the submission is coming along. When a submission moves into a new status, record and display the date. I assume you can do this but your thinking it's better to hide it so people don't get mad. I would disagree, people wanna know more information not less. Notification of when the cards are "scanned" and processed into CGC. This one is a reach but maybe after the cards are scheduled for grading you could have a countdown on how many are in front of your order...Obviously it's by tier and stuff. It would be nice if the TCG submission wasn't referenced as 'books' either like the comic submissions I assume it's derived from. You have a great product, we just need to step up slightly on the customer ease of use and transparency into submissions and I think you'll be in a good place.
