A few years back I found a Fantastic Four #7 in a comic shop at a ridiculous price for its condition(maybe 2.0 -4.0). After purchase I noticed a previous owner had circled, in pen, every instance of the word "the" in the book. Are we looking at a serious tanking of the grade or not as much if I were to get it graded and slabbed? Thanks in advance
