  1. The old quandary how far do you go to help others! I totally understand and not judging just surprised. That's why I see this ending with as someone else posted a "Will Smith" slap on the wrist by CGC and nothing more. He'll keep doing it somewhere else more than likely, sadly.
  2. That's what many have been posting the last few days, people know who the offender is, name, address, everything. So if the community isn't going to be harsh with this person, I think CGC isn't either. Right now he could be selling a cracked $500 slab and replacing it with a $150 book. It's wrong regardless of the amount, that's why I'm shocked the community hasn't taken a stronger stand, that's all I'm saying.
  3. This has to be the likely outcome. Just think about it. The guy has probably defrauded buyers with what we know of right now to be tens of thousands of dollars? Yet people aren't even giving his information out! I saw on a channel a guy said he knows his or her name, number, and address, but "I'm not giving it out". Fine, but if people who have done business with the guy aren't punishing him, why would CGC not do the bare minimum??? It would only bring bad press to themselves. I think this dies down 30 days or so, I do think slabbing will take a huge hit though. I wouldn't even think of buying a slabbed book until a new process has been implemented.
  4. Do you think LOL??? Let's not look into any terrorist cells right now, this CGC thing is big!!!
  5. LOL FBI??? Civil suit sure, but if you are dumb enough to buy something that you never verified as being real, FBI is not getting involved lol, that's a civil matter. However, if I got screwed out of the money that is allegedly involved, man I would be naming names, filing a civil suit against the scammer and CGC, and everyone would know everything about the scammer. I'm shocked at how quiet the victims and people who know the scammer have been.
  6. Cool, but right now this person could be doing the same thing under a new name. If you give the person's info, where they are doing business...you could do more research before you buy. I get it we don't want to jump too quickly, but look at the info we have, there is no way this isn't a scam and possibly an inside job. At least give out the seller's home base to warn buyers if they buy a big book from wherever this person is doing business...do extra research. That's all I'm saying.
  7. So several Youtubers have said they know the scammers real name, where he or she is from, doing business...With all the information we have he or she has committed fraud no question, not sure why they are not posting his or her real name and where they are from. I would think as a community, we would out this person with this much damaging information to protect others. Makes you think maybe this is more prevalent than we may guess and the community isn't as strong.
  8. See that's the issue! I get it we want to do our due diligence, however, every day we don't expose this guy to the MASSES, someone is probably getting taken! The evidence is there, the guy needs to be called out.
